December 2024
We met at Moredun House and Moncrieffe House to discuss potential improvements to your flats and the upper floor hallways. We were keen to hear residents expectations for making their homes warmer, better ventilated and improving hot water systems.
We’re looking at upgrades such as enhanced insulation, new windows and more efficient hot water solutions to make homes more comfortable and energy efficient.
November 2024
We met at Moredun House and Forteviot House to gather residents thoughts on the external features of the blocks and the ground floor lobbies.
Residents told us safety and security needed to be improved, so this has become our main focus for this part of the design. We’re planning to upgrade the external features on the blocks and prioritise fire safety, durability and energy efficiency.
October 2024
We held an event at Moredun House and Forteviot House to get residents thoughts on improving outdoor spaces so they’re nicer places to spend time in. We also asked for feedback about parking and roads around the blocks and how we can combine residents’ ideas with the improvements on the Moredun Park Project.
We learned that accessibility is a major concern and affects daily life.
